Other PINK ACTIVITIES

The 2010 Special Pink Raffle.  This was a new initiative for us.  The 1st prize was a trip for 2, in a PINK Hot Air Balloon, courtesy of www.balloon.tv  The winning Raffle Ticket was drawn at the end of the Pink Car Rally, on Sunday 5th September 2010

22nd August 2010 – Evesham Country Park. Promotion of the Pink Car Rally, by one of our dedicated Pinkies - Vanessa - who went along with Squeak to help spread the word.  Whilst there, she sold tickets for our Special Pink Raffle and it was here, as we later discovered, that the winning 'Special Pink Raffle' ticket was purchased!

3rd July 2010 – Thornbury Carnival – We promoted the Pink Car Rally, and the Little Princess Trust.  We sold Raffle Tickets and offered Nail Painting.

13th June 2010 – Webbs of Wychbold invited us to be part of their Pink Day.  Lots of Pink Cars came along for the day and the event was well supported.  We raised around £300 and promoted the charity and the Pink Car Rally.  It was a ‘family fun day out’.   Pink Car Owners (Pinkies) sold Raffle Tickets, and ran various stalls, including Nail Painting, Guess the Pink Teddy’s Birthday, Guess the Weight of the Pink Cake, Have your Photos taken with the Pink Poodles, Pink Tombola, and the opportunity to buy Pink Merchandise, including Pink Car Rally T.shirts and Long-handled Cotton Bags.  There was also Face Painting and Henna Tattoos.  What a great day!!  Thank you Webbs of Wychbold
